He has 30 years of teaching experience in various government colleges in Kerala. He had been the head of the Department of Physics in Government Engineering College Trivandrum. He retired as the Principal Govt. College Manjeswar. He is working as the Professor of Physics in Sarabhai Institute of Science and Technology - SIST Thiruvananthapuram. He had 5 years of experience in the placement cell in Government Engineering College Trivandrum while he had been the Head of the Department of Physics there.
