This is not really a complaint. Just looking for answers. I have a 2007 Deuce with Vance and Hines Super Radius )i think). At least that's what I'm being told by Maroney's Harley where I bought the bike. What I find odd though when I look on your site for Super Radius all the pics look like there slip on's where my set up definately are not slip on's as you see in the picture I sent. First question - Do I have Super Radius or Big Radius
Secondly - I do see a baffle installed in the pipes, but they are loud. Very loud. What do you have for my pipes that I can install to reduce the higher tones.

Not a complaint as much as a disappointment. Love everything about the power duals I put on my 2010 Electra glide. Super excited about putting these on my 07 road glide till I found out that power duals aren't offered for pre 09? Any plans on making them for older models ? Does V and H make a 2-1-2 for 07?.

Help me with installing the bracket of a V and H exhaust, (high output 450) the grommet on the bike seems too small, took the grommet out the bracket fits, it just seems there's not enough room for both in the saddlebag frame. I used lubrication, didn't seem to help, I watched several video's which made this task look easy, I'm fighting this issue for over two hours and can not seemed to get it resolved.

I bought the turn down pipes for my 2014 Indian classic. The description says that the baffles are removable. The impression one gets is that it seem s to be an easy job. Other info from vance and hines is that it is not recommended to remove the baffles. After a conversation with a vance and hines technician it was determined that indeed they are not easily removable. I think that vance and hines engaged in a bit of fal;se advertising. I would like to return the pipes to you at your expense and receive a full refund of the purchase price.

To Whom it may Concern: I own a 2015 Harley Road King I'm having a problem with my exhaust. I went to my local Harley Shop And purchased a complete exhaust system for my Harley. Vance and Hines system Power Duals installed them my self making sure everything lined up and came up with a exhaust leak. I torqued them down and still they are Leaking so I asked my local Harley shop to look to see if I had done something wrong in my installing them they said they were installed correct They said it was the V and H gasket were bad. Of course there is a cost factor for that which I would like some help with on your part because I fill that your gasket were the problem. Please help with this as much as possible. Thank-You.

I have advised vance hines co. Of my exhaust problem and i have yet to receive an answer or response from anyone, is it a trend for your customers to have problems with your product? i'm asking for your help, it was your parts that were defective not the installation of your product. The right thing to do is respond to my complaint or ask if you could help in anyway! after owning a business, it's been my experience that one complaint is one to many, and i would go above and beyond to resolve this problem. It's hard for me to believe that a company of this magnitude and notoriety has not reached out to me to correct this matter!!.

I have monster ovals slip ons and v and h power duels exhaust system on my 2010 HArley limited. I have crome end caps and the crome is peeling off. I was totally happy with my exhaust system til the end caps started to peel. I would request that V/H replace the end caps, at no cost to me, but I would request black caps this time. Thank You. I purchased a set of four in monster ovals in April 2012 and within three months the crome tips were peeling and flaking. My bike is allways keep polished and clean, there is no neglect on my part. The harley dealership where i purchased them replaced them at no cost. Within three months the second set of tips were peeling and flaking worse than the first set. I purchased three sets vance and hines pipes over the last eight years, please sent me a new set of 4in monster ovals crome tips.
