I have purchased a knife block set today and cannot access the Viners website to register this purchase for the guarantee.
We have a stainless steel kitchen pot, with a copper bottom (exterior), and the copper base is coming away from the pan in 50% of it's circumference. The pot is 8" diameter and about 3. 75" high. On the base is etched "Viners Cookware Collection". It has not been in use for over five years, and was used for some years prior to that. I do not have a receipt and can not say when it was purchased, (possibly from Makro C and C), but I understood that it had a life-time guarantee. Can you, please, advise, and let me know if you can do anything for us? Thanks. Victor H. Duployen.

I bought a Viners Sauté Pan when it was advertised in the Good Food Magazine and love using it as it is so versatile going from the hob to the oven. In the blurb for the pan it says 'the non-stick ceramic interior that will not blister or peel' - as you can see from the pictures, the coating on the screw heads within the pan has started to come and I now cannot use the pan. Can it be replaced please?.

Ceramic Salt MillI bought in Viners shop from our local Garden Center, in Lechlade Glous. In December. Two large ceramic salt mills. The mechanism that grinds the salt has fallen out and cannot be replaced in one of them. Please can you advise as next step. The shop has now gone.

I purchased a naxos knife block set just over two years ago in December of 2012. It was purchased from the Argos group. Over the last few months I have noticed that the handles on every knife have started to crack and on some, parts of the plastic in the handles have come away completely. I went back to Argos where the staff member informed me that as the set is over a year old they could not replace them, however I was informed that the knives have a five year manufacturers warranty and that I should contact your customer service department. I contacted you last year asking about purchasing a new pan lid for one of my Viners elements pans as I had one that shattered on me in the washing up dish. You asked if I had any photos as this shouldn't happen, but unfortunately I did not. Just this morning when I was doing the washing up, I washed a pan lid and put it on the drainer. When I was walking out of the kitchen, i heard a pop and this pan lid had shattered as well. I have taken photos of the lid in question as well as the underside of the pan, but I cannot seem to attach to this form. If you send me an email address, I will forward them onto you. Is this a common fault with this kind of pan lid as this could be extremely dangerous. I have kept hold of the lid with all the bits in case you need to investigate further. I am very disappointed in that the frying pan has become distorted and has risen in the middle, so for example if i fried an egg it would run to the side. I am very unhappy with a round non stick shallow saucepan which had a glass top lid I bought six months ago. To my horror when I took the lid off it completely shattered into little bits, fortunately my grandchild was not stood beside me at the time and nobody was hurt, The item had only been used two or three times. The item is 11 inches by 12 and three inches deep. I have had to throw the glass top away due to it being left with jagged glass all the way round the edge. I look forward to a prompt reply.

I. Hope you can help me I was given a St of vines pans set as a gift for Christmas from my late mother. The frying pan I used once as everything stuck to it so didn't bother. The saucepan middle size I used to cook my Sunday lunch as I lifted the pan with boiling water with cauliflower in the handle came away from the pan resulting in everything fell out. Dear Viners, I have been using Viners sauté pan to do the majority of my cooking for many years. Yesterday evening I cooked chilli con carne using the pan as usual. I was shocked last night to hear a loud bang come from the kitchen whilst the dish was on a v low simmer. The pan lid had exploded into hundreds of pieces. The pan was ruined and the food had to be thrown away for fear of ingesting broken glass. This is my second pan and I have never had this happen before. Kind regards.
