Nadar Saraswathi College of Arts and Science - Theni today has student strength of about 1722 with 9 departments. Among the various Under-Graduate and Post-Graduate programmes offered by the college, as many as 2 programmes were accredited by the National Board of Accreditation of AICTE. Each department conducts annually at least one National / International Conference / Seminar / Workshop for effective dissemination of state-of-art technologies and research findings for the benefit of teaching faculty and students.
Nadar Saraswathi College of Arts and Science - Theni has signed MoU with Confederation of Indian industry (CII), New Delhi in order to promote closer interaction with other institutions in the areas of technology development, training of students, curriculum updating and development of state-of-art centres. The college is situated at about 8 kms from Theni . The campus is spread over 20 acres of land, economically utilized for the College, Hostels, Play Fields and Gardens. Nadar Saraswathi College of Arts and Science - Theni maintains a beautifully laid out hostel with full fledged modern amenities for the students.The Hostel at present has the capacity to accomodate 300 students.The Students are provided accommodation of 4-in-number occupancy basis.Every student is provided with individual chair and cot.Reading rooms are available in the hostel.Facilities for games like Volley Ball,Ball Badminton & Tennikoit Courts are available within the hostel. The College has excellent canteen facility in providing lunch to the student community.The food is provided at cheaper price.

Placement Cell has been started in Nadar Saraswathi College of Arts and Science - Theni in the name of Students Guidance Cell (SGC) from 2008-2009 academic years onwards.SGC is working overtime to take the placement graph of the students higher and higher. Every year more and more companies are coming for campus recruitment selecting a good number of students from the college. The Placement & Training Cell functions with the primary aim of placing students in top-notch companies even before they have completed their courses. The SGC cell goes all out to train the students to meet the high industry expectations.
